During the month of July and August six of our youth coaches shall be undertaking a 30 hour Youth Level One course in Sports Education. This course shall conclude with a placement at a sports club and the delivery of a training session before final qualification in a nationally recognised certificate.

Dumbarton Development Coaching reached its final session at Dumbarton Football Stadium on Wed 20th May.
At the end of the session Dumbarton Manager ,Jim Chapman, announced that all participants will be invited to return next season and the under 12 players will be asked into Dumbarton's pro youth Programme at under 13 level.
Taking the next step to training with Dumbarton Pro Youth are Daniel Stewart Gill, Chris Lamont, John Lamont, Andrew Larkin, Charlie McFarlane & Sean Stewart.
Well done to all the players concerned.
FC Barcalomond and especially the coaches of Team 98 are delighted to announce that as of Next Season Marc Gow will be playing for St Mirren Pro Youth. Marc is one of several players from FC Barcalomond with various senior clubs.
